Standard detergents rely on superficial foam. Alkota master chemistry attacks the static bond holding road film, grease, and exhaust soot to paint and metal.

When high-pressure water alone hits road film or engine grease, it shears off the loose top layer while leaving behind a dull static film.

CarbonForce Ultra Caustic Concentrate is built around the original SD-926 formula. Developed alongside industrial pressure washers, it uses heat-stable surfactants that break down grease and suspend dirt in the rinse stream before it can re-settle.

Application Protocol

Three steps to a clean surface.

Follow this application sequence to maximise chemical cleaning efficiency and prevent waste.

STEP 01

Dilute & Meter

1:30 to 1:100.

Set downstream injector or foam lance metering valve to match water hardness and soil density.

STEP 02

Apply & Dwell

Strict industrial protocol

Apply evenly from bottom to top to prevent run lines. Allow 2–3 minutes contact dwell without letting it dry.

STEP 03

High-Pressure Rinse

150–200 Bar pressure rinse with 50°C–65°C hot water

Rinse thoroughly from top to bottom. Surfaces will sheet freely with zero chalky detergent residue.

Safety:Danger: Highly caustic. Always wear protective face shield, gauntlets and rubber apron.
