RoadForce Fleet Heavy TFR is built around the authentic TR-407 (Power Blast) formulation. Developed across fifty years of American hot-water pressure washing, it features heat-stable surfactants that saponify oils and suspend dirt in the rinse stream before it can redeposit.

How It Works on the Surface.

1. Wetting & Penetration

Lowers water surface tension to penetrate micro-crevices in paintwork, metal castings, and chassis rails.

2. Hydrocarbon Saponification

Active surfactants break heavy petroleum oils, diesel grime, and organic fats into water-soluble compounds.

3. Soil Suspension & Rinsing

Holds released dirt particles in suspension so they rinse cleanly away without streaking or re-adhering.

Three Steps to a Perfect Clean.

Engineered for high chemical induction efficiency. Follow the exact protocol for maximum cleaning speed and minimum chemical wastage.

01Phase: Metering

DILUTE

Verified Dilution Ratio:

Hot Wash: 1:50 to 1:120 (approx 1-2% at nozzle). Cold Wash: 1:30 to 1:60. Foam Cannon: 1:10.

Calibrate your pressure washer downstream injector or foam cannon metering valve to match your local water hardness.
02Phase: Application

APPLY & DWELL

Application Method:

Apply via high pressure chemical injector or low-pressure foam cannon from bottom to top.

Apply uniformly from bottom to top to prevent chemical streaking. Allow 2–3 minutes contact dwell without letting dry.
03Phase: High Pressure Rinse

RINSE & FLUSH

Optimal Rinse Profile:

High pressure water blast (150–200 BAR). 50°C–65°C hot water dramatically accelerates soil release.

Rinse thoroughly from top to bottom. Surfaces will sheet freely without chalky detergent residues.
Safety & Handling:Causes serious eye irritation. Wear protective gloves and eye protection. Do not allow chemical to dry on hot paint surfaces.
