Breakdown & Reactive Repairs
Fast diagnostic triage, mobile field engineering, and genuine OEM replacement parts to restore high-pressure cleaning plant to full operational duty.
How We Handle Machine Breakdowns
Our goal is rapid resolution with zero guesswork. We follow a structured 4-step triage sequence to ensure the attending engineer arrives equipped with the exact parts for your serial number.
Remote Triage
Our engineering desk reviews your symptoms, serial plate, and error codes to identify probable failure points before dispatch.
Van-Stock Parts
The engineer mobilises with verified OEM seals, unloader valves, burner components, and coils matched to your machine model.
On-Site Diagnostic
Comprehensive electrical, hydraulic, and combustion testing to pinpoint the root cause — not just symptoms.
Commission Run
Full 15-minute load test under working pressure with measured temperature, flow, and digital sign-off certificate.
Common Industrial Fault Classifications We Repair
Loss of pressure, severe pressure pulsing, cavitation, cracked plungers, blown packing seals, water in oil crankcase, unloader valve cycling.
Burner lockout, no spark, fuel pump failure, white/black smoke, failed flow switch, burst heating coil, temperature thermostat failure.
Tripping main RCD/breakers, motor hum without rotation, failed start capacitor, thermal overload tripping, microswitch failure, time-delay relay faults.
Before Requesting an Emergency Callout
Machine runs but operating pressure on the gauge or at the wand is noticeably lower than normal.
Safe Preliminary Checks (Operator Level)
- ✓Check the water inlet supply — verify the tap is fully open and supply hose is not kinked.
- ✓Inspect the water inlet screen/filter for debris, leaves, or limescale blockage.
- ✓Check the nozzle tip at the wand for wear or partial blockage (a worn nozzle orifice drops pressure).
- ✓Ensure the chemical dosing valve is completely closed (downstream suction drops pressure when open).
- ✓Verify the high-pressure hose is not damaged or leaking excessively along its length.
Do NOT attempt to adjust the unloader valve beyond factory lock-nuts, or dismantle high-pressure manifold components while pressurised.
