A heavy-duty open deck chassis with high-clearance running gear, parabolic leaf suspension, and large 1,500L to 2,000L baffled water storage. Powered by a commercial Honda or Vanguard petrol engine paired with an Alkota Schedule 80 down-draft diesel burner, delivering 100°C water at 16+ LPM.

Yes. Alkota trailer machines incorporate positive-displacement ceramic triplex pumps and header break tanks designed to draw safely from unpressurised farm storage tanks or gravity feeds.
Can the hot water be used for biosecurity and livestock disinfection?
Yes. Thermal hot water at 90°C–120°C significantly accelerates pathogen reduction in cattle pens and poultry units, allowing approved disinfectants to work with maximum efficacy.
